The U.S. Consulate Peshawar and the Regional English Language Office at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad, in partnership with Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan AWKUM, have announced the launch of the English Access Scholarship Program 2024. This initiative is designed to support underprivileged yet talented male students aged 13 to 16 from Mardan, providing them with a 15-month after-school English-language program. Classes will be conducted twice a week at AWKUM’s Garden Campus.
Funded by the U.S. Embassy Islamabad’s Regional English Language Office RELO, the program aims to improve students English proficiency, equipping them with valuable skills for future success. Participants will receive free books, bags, stationery, and pens, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel in the program.
Eligibility Criteria:
Male students aged 13 to 16 from low-income families.
Open to students from both government and private schools.

Application Deadline: October 28, 2024
Application forms can be downloaded from the AWKUM website or collected from the HRD Section, Admin Block, Garden Campus.
Completed forms should be submitted to the HRD Section or mailed to Dr. Mujahid Shah, Program Coordinator. Successful candidates will be contacted for interviews. This Scholarship 2024 represents an exceptional opportunity for deserving students to advance their English skills and future prospects.
