Winter Vacation Announcement by Peshawar University
University of Peshawar has officially declared its winter vacation period from December 23 to January 4. During this time, all academic departments, institutes, and affiliated colleges will remain closed. However, exams, tests, and interviews will continue as scheduled, without any adjustments to their timelines. Students and staff are urged to honor their prior academic commitments despite the holiday break. Punjab University’s Winter Vacation Notice
Similarly, Punjab University announced its own winter break for teaching departments, institutes, centers, constituent colleges, and schools from December 23 to December 27, 2024. Academic activities will resume on Monday, December 30, 2024, according to a notification from the Registrars Office issued on December 16, 2024.
Administrative Staff Duties During Vacations
Despite the closure of academic facilities during the holiday periods, administrative staff across both universities, including personnel in teaching departments and affiliated units, are required to continue their regular duties without interruption.
