Eligibility Criteria:

• Domicile: Candidates must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or erstwhile FATA.
• Entrance Test: Candidates must have appeared in the Entrance Test conducted by Shuhada-e-APS University of Technology, Nowshera. Candidates who appeared in the engineering entry test and the entry test for Government Colleges of Technology conducted by ETEA are also eligible.
• Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 50% marks in one of the following qualifications from a recognized board in Pakistan:
  • Intermediate: Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with Mathematics
  • DAE Diploma of Associate Engineering: Specific specializations as mentioned below:

   • DAE in Civil, Architecture, Environmental, Land & Mine Surveying
2. BSc Electrical Engineering Technology / BSc Electronics Engineering Technology:
   • Intermediate Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with Mathematics
   • DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Precision Control, Automation, Avionics, Computer Hardware, Computer Information, Mechatronics, Mechanical & Instrument, Radar, Telecommunication
3. BSc Energy Engineering Technology:
   • In addition to the qualifications for Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology:
     • DAE in Precision Mechanical & Instruments, Mechanical, Auto and Diesel, Automation, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
4. BSc Mechanical Engineering Technology:
   • Intermediate Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with Mathematics
   • DAE in Mechanical, Auto and Diesel, Precision Mechanical and Instrument, Automation, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
5. BSc Information Engineering Technology:

Merit Determination Criteria:

• SSC Examination: 10% weightage
• Intermediate Examination or equivalent: 40% weightage adjusted marks
• Entrance Test: 50% weightage
