UoS DPT Admission Forms 2018 Schedule

Sargodha, University of Sargodha has issued the schedule for submission of admission forms for different disciplines. The exams department of Sargodha University received the admission forms for the disciplines of Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Human Nutrition and Dietetics (DHND) and Doctor of Medical and Lab Sciences (DMLS). The candidates are advised to forward their application forms without late fee till closing date of 02-11-2018. The candidates can also forward their admission forms with the double fee by 13-11-2018. The candidates can have the final option of sending the admission forms with the triple fee by 20-11-2018.The candidates will note that Sargodha University exams will be conducted during December 2018. The students will download the admission forms from website of university and they will pay the admission fee in Habib Bank Limited any branch. The students will also read other instructions and they will follow them at the time of sending the admission forms and fee.
