UoP Annual Convocation 2024 Schedule
Peshawar, University of Peshawar is going to arrange the convocation for the session 2023 on 30-10-2024. The convocation will be managed in the convocation hall, Peshawar University at 09:30 am and the graduates of MA, MSc, MS, MPhil, Pharm-D and PhD classes will be awarded with degrees. The students can note the complete and comprehensive UoP Annual Convocation 2023 Schedule so that they can get registered their names with the degree section at the office of the controller of exams, Peshawar University. The university has already awarded the degrees and gold medals to the students and if they are interested to attend the ceremony, then they will return medals with photo copies of degrees to degree section so that their names can be included in the final list.
Annual Convocation Instructions
The students should submit the copy of their final DMC / Transcript, two passport size photographs, CNIC and receipt of Rs.3500/- as the convocation fee in favor of treasurer, Peshawar University by the final date of 15-10-2024. The university will manage the full dress rehearsal one day before the convocation, which is 29-10-2024 at 09:00 am.
Provision of Gowns/Hoods & Caps
The participants can get the gowns, hoods and caps from Academic Section / Counter, adjacent to Convocation Hall, Peshawar University on the rent of Rs.500/- on 29-10-2024 and the students will have to pay the security fee of Rs.2000/-.
