UOB Extended Dates for ADA/ADS Supplementary Examination 2023




In a recent notification No 10-61 Exams:/Conduct: Dated Quetta, 7th Dec 2023, the University of Balochistan, Quetta, has extended the dates for the submission of Examination Form and Fee for ADA/ADS Supplementary Examinations for the sessions 2020-2022 and 2019-2021, respectively. The extension comes in continuation of the earlier notification No.10-57/ Exams:/Conduct: dated 14-09-2023 and aims to facilitate failure candidates in these crucial supplementary examinations.



Extended Submission Dates: The new dates for submission are as follows:


Last date without Late Fee: 13/12/2023


Last date with Double the prescribed Fee: 18/12/2023


Last date with Triple the prescribed Fee: 22/12/2023



The UOB University has emphasized that the commencement date of the examinations will be notified later.


Examination Fee Rates: The examination fee rates, inclusive of DMC fee, are set at Rs. 4100/- for ADA Failure and Rs. 4900/- for ADS Failure. It is essential to note that postal orders will not be accepted.



Important Instructions:



Online Form Submission: Candidates can fill in the Online Examination Form at website and are required to submit the hard copy along with necessary documents at their respective colleges.


Deadline and Closure: No forms will be entertained after the last date, and the online portal will close immediately after the given date i.e., 22-12-2023.


Bank Challan Deposit: Candidates must individually deposit their examination fee through bank challan at Habib Bank Ltd and Allied Bank Ltd.


Contact Information: Candidates should provide their contact number and complete address on the Examination Form.


Roll No. Slips and CNIC: Roll No. Slips, available on the Universitys website, require the candidates CNIC for entry.


No Changes Allowed: Changes in elective and optional subjects for regular students/private candidates will not be allowed.



The University urges strict adherence to these guidelines, emphasizing the importance of timely submission and compliance with the specified rules for a smooth examination process.



Gul Mahammad Kaka, Controller of Examinations, has directed all concerned departments, including the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and the Directorate of Information Technology, to ensure the dissemination of this information to students and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, local media has been requested to publish this news for wider awareness.
