Uni of Swabi Pharm-D Enrollment Exam Schedule 2021

The University of Swabi is notified for information to the concerned candidates that the Examination Form & Fee of Pharm-D Annual Examination 2021 will be accepted. The University of Swabi is inviting to concerned candidate on prescribed forms to appear in Annual Examination 2021. Candidates can collect Form from Department of Pharmacy, University of Swabi. Candidates are required to submit Pharm-D Forms to appear in Annual Examination 2021 according to issued schedule with regular payment on or before September 09, 2021 while last date for submission of Application Forms with Late fee is September 13, 2021, with double fee is September 16, 2021, with triple fee is September 20, 2021. Candidates are advised to submit their dully completed form on or before time, incomplete form or form after stipulated date will not be accepted. Forms should be submitted in the office of the Examinations Section of University of Swabi. Date Sheet will be announced after completion the process of submission of forms. Examination is commencing in the End of September 2021.
