UET Peshawar Extends Deadline for ETEA Entry Test 2023

University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar has released the schedule for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023, which is a prerequisite for admissions to engineering programs in various universities and colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP. In accordance with the policy set by the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC, two separate entrance tests will be conducted, and the best result will be considered for admission. Deadline Extension:

UET Peshawar has extended the application deadline for the ETEA test until July 07, 2023. This allows aspiring candidates more time to apply for the test.

Application Process:

To apply for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023, candidates must complete the online registration form available at online. A fee of Rs. 700/- per test is required for registration. Roll number slips will be issued one week prior to each test. Once the entrance test results are announced, candidates will need to submit an online admission form as per the schedule provided by the respective universities.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ETEA test, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Intermediate Level:

• Candidates should have passed the Intermediate examination in Pre-Engineering/Computer Science or Pre-Medical with additional Mathematics from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE in Pakistan or an equivalent examination.

• A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks are required.

• The combination of subjects should include Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science.

Diploma Holders:

• Candidates who have completed a three-year post-matric Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE or B-Tech program are eligible.

• A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks are required.

Pre-Medical Stream:

• Candidates who have passed the Intermediate examination in Pre-Medical from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE in Pakistan or an equivalent examination are eligible for Bio-Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering.

• A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks are required.

• Result-awaited candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the Entrance Test.
