FA or Equivalence Certificate: For applicants who have completed intermediate education or its equivalent.

ID Card: A copy of your valid identity card.

Photographs: One uncertified and one certified passport-size photograph.

If the entrance examination was conducted outside the provincial limits of Punjab, applicants must attach the original No Objection Certificate NOC.
