Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Program
Eligibility Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT - 05 Years Program
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum 60% 660/1100 marks in F.Sc. Pre-Medical or A-Level equivalent, duly certified by the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen IBCC.
SZABMU Test:
Minimum 50% marks in SZABMU TEST 2023 OR Minimum 50% marks in SZABMU/National MDCAT 2023.
Weightage Formula for Merit Calculation:
SSC science/equivalence = 15%
F.Sc Pre-Medical/HSSC/A-Level/Equivalence = 25%
Entry test = 60%
Mandatory Documents Required with Online Application:
Passport size photograph of the candidate with a blue background.
Attested copy of CNIC/B-Form of the candidate.
Attested copy of SSC Certificate/Equivalence Certificate of O-Level issued by IBCC.
Attested copy of HSSC Pre-Medical Certificate/Equivalence Certificate of A-Level/12th Grade issued by IBCC.
Attested copy of Domicile Certificate of the candidate.
Attested copy of Entry Test Result of the candidate.
Copy of paid challan Rs. 1,000/-, which is non-refundable/non-adjustable.
Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for an interview. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of seats and has the right to reject any application without giving any reason.
Registration and online fee/challan will be available on the university website: www.szabmu.edu.pk
No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
How to Apply for Registration:
The candidates shall apply online through the SZABMU portal by creating an account using his/her CNIC & Email ID.
Generate fee slips and deposit the application processing fee at any HBL bank/branch.
Submit the online application form, completely filled-in, along with the fee deposit slip & attachments containing scanned copies in soft form.

Last Date for submission of online application: 29-01-2024
Display of Merit list: 31-01-2024
