Supplementary Examination Addmission open in Pakistan Medical Faculty
Punjab Medical Faculty PMF is pleased to announce that admissions for the Supplementary Examination – Session 2025 are now officially open. All eligible candidates are invited to submit their admission forms within the specified deadlines to ensure timely processing and participation in the upcoming exams.
Important Dates:
Last Date to Submit Examination Fee: 22nd April 2025
Last Date with Single Admission Fee: 25th April 2025
Last Date with Double Admission Fee: 29th April 2025 No admission forms will be accepted after 29th April 2025 under any circumstances.
Additional Guidelines:
Candidates who have applied for rechecking are also required to submit their admission forms for the supplementary examination.
It is mandatory for every candidate to carry their original CNIC ID card at the time of the examination. Entry without proper identification will not be allowed.
Roll number slips will be uploaded on the official website of Punjab Medical Faculty and also shared via the official Facebook page. Candidates are advised to regularly check both platforms for updates.
