Sindh Govt Launches SEEF Undergraduate Scholarship
Government of Sindh has introduced the Sindh Education Endowment Fund SEEF Scholarship. This initiative, offered by the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Trust and the College Education Department, aims to support students from low-income backgrounds and meritorious students in accessing high-quality higher education at reputable public and private universities or institutions. The SEEF Scholarship covers the tuition fee for one academic year, 2024-25. The students can get the latest updates of Sindh Govt Launches SEEF Undergraduate Scholarship.
Eligibility and Application Deadline
The SEEF Scholarship is available for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Law, and Social Sciences. The application deadline for the SEEF Scholarship is September 30, 2024. Applicants must submit their applications along with the required documents to their respective universities or institutions.
SEEF Scholarship Quota Allocation
The scholarship quota is distributed as follows:
- 86% reserved for needy and meritorious students
- 2% reserved for students with special needs
- 2% reserved for minority students
- 5% reserved for orphan students
- 5% reserved for children of Sindh Government employees

SEEF Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2024
To be eligible for the SEEF Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be domiciled in Sindh and permanent residents of the province
- Be enrolled in approved institutions or universities for the academic year 2024-25 with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or 60% marks
- Provide an income certificate certified by the concerned Assistant Commissioner Revenue or FBR
- Submit a service certificate for parents employed in government service, issued by the head of the institution or department
- Have parents/guardians with an annual net income from all sources not exceeding the specified income limit

- Distance learning, executive education, or part-time students/courses

Incomplete applications and those providing false information will be disqualified from the scholarship program
