Sindh Govt Launches 30,000 Digital Scholarships for Students
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has unveiled a scholarship program benefiting 30,000 students across 30 universities in the province. The students can get the latest updates of Sindh Govt Launches 30,000 Digital Scholarships for Students.
Introduced in collaboration with Google and Teach Valley, this initiative aims to enhance students digital skills and expertise. The scholarships will fund Google Career Certificate courses, which students can complete online within three to six months.
During the launch event, CM Murad Ali Shah reiterated the governments dedication to promoting digital education in Sindh. He highlighted the significance of equipping students with globally competitive training opportunities.
To ensure inclusivity, 30% of the scholarships 2025 have been allocated for women, with priority given to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Additionally, recipients will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 1.6 million.
Honhaar Scholarship Help Desk Established for Student Support
In a separate development, the ‘Honhaar Scholarship Help Desk’ has been established to assist students through WhatsApp, landline, and social media platforms, providing swift responses to inquiries and complaints.
This help desk, set up under the directive of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, operates from 9 AM to 5 PM.

CM Punjab emphasized that students should focus solely on their studies, assuring that the government will bear their educational expenses. “Every student in Punjab is like my own child, and I want to provide them with every possible resource,” she stated.
