• F.Sc Pre-Medical/ Equivalent with at least 50% marks.
• F.Sc Medical Lab Technology with at least 50% marks.
• Hafiz-e-Quran candidates will receive an additional 20 marks added to their F.Sc marks.

   • Available at the Accounts section of the institute for Rs. 1500/- via Bank challan from the National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Branch, No 1707, Lahore A/c No. 3154820895.
2. Required Documents:
   • Attested copies of Matric and F.Sc certificates.
   • Domicile certificate.
   • Computerized ID card or B.Form.
   • Fathers computerized ID card.
   • Four passport-size photographs.
   • Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
3. Important Dates:
   • Last Date for Application Submission: 15-07-2024 Monday
   • Display of Eligible Candidates List: 01-08-2024 Thursday
   • Entry Test Date: 04-08-2024 Sunday at 9:00 am at Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, opposite Sheikh Zayed Hospital Mosque, Lahore
   • 1st Merit List Display Date: 19-08-2024 Monday
   • Last Date for Fee Submission 1st Merit List: 26-08-2024 Monday
   • 2nd Merit List Display Date: 02-09-2024 Monday
   • Last Date for Fee Submission 2nd Merit List: 09-09-2024 Monday
   • Orientation and Commencement of Classes: 14-09-2024 Saturday

Additional Information

• Hostel Facility: No hostel facilities will be provided for male or female students.
• Merit Calculation: Final selection will be based on the merit calculated from Matric, F.Sc/Equivalent marks, and entry test marks. Hafiz-e-Quran candidates will have an additional 20 marks added to their F.Sc obtained marks.
• Notification: Candidates will not be informed personally. All candidates must confirm their status on the merit list displayed at the institute.
