QUEST 3rd Semester Supply Exam 16-19 Batches Schedule 2023
Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah, has announced the schedule for the Supplementary Examination of the 3rd Semester for 16 to 19 Batches. This notification serves as a crucial opportunity for eligible failure students to clear their papers and progress in their academic journey.
Examination Dates and Last Chance:
The Supplementary Examinations for the 16 to 19 Batches are set to commence from December 13, 2023. Importantly, this will be the last chance for eligible failure students of the 16-Batch and those students who were initially admitted with the 16-Batch but were re-admitted with lower batches.
Examination Form Submission and Fees:
Students of the respective batches must complete their Examination Forms and pay the required Examination Fee within the stipulated deadlines. The circular specifies varying fees for different batches and deadlines for regular and late fee submissions.
Mandatory Attachments and Examination Protocol:
Eligible failure students need to attach two attested copies of their recent photographs along with attested photocopies of their enrollment cards with their Examination Forms. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in non-acceptance of the forms.
Admission Protocol and Ineligibility Criteria:
The circular emphasizes the necessity of the admit slip for students to appear in the examination. Additionally, it highlights that ineligible candidates participating in the examinations will render the results of their concerned subjects null and void.
Payment Clarification:
Its clarified that examination fees deposited after the announcement of the examination schedule will be accepted, while fees deposited before the schedule announcement will not be entertained.
