Punjab Revises School Timings Following Eid Holidays
Punjab Education Department has issued a notification regarding a revised schedule for schools, set to be enforced after the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. Eid Holidays for Schools
The provincial government has declared school holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr from March 28 Friday to April 6 Sunday. Regular academic activities will resume on April 7, ensuring a smooth transition for students and staff after the festive break.
Examination Results Announcement
To provide clarity on academic progress, the results of annual examinations will be released on April 4. This will allow students and parents to assess performance before the commencement of the new academic term.
Official Statement on School Holidays
On Wednesday, the Secretary of the School Education Department confirmed these updates, highlighting that the extended break would enable both students and teachers to celebrate Eid with their families and return rejuvenated for the upcoming term.
Eid Break for Colleges
In a separate announcement, the Punjab Higher Education Department has confirmed Eid holidays for public and private colleges across the province. As per the official notice, all colleges will remain closed from March 28 Friday to April 2 Wednesday.
