Punjab Information Technology Board PITB and the Higher Education Department HED have collaboratively introduced the BISE Examination Complaints Portal to address concerns and grievances related to intermediate examinations in Punjab. The students can get fresh updates regarding Punjab Introduces Complaint Portal for Exam Related Issues.


Facilitating Complaints Registration

This initiative offers students and parents a user-friendly platform to register their complaints regarding Intermediate examinations through an online complaints form available on the portal.


Efficient Resolution Process

Complaints submitted via the portal are promptly forwarded to the respective examination boards for necessary action, ensuring swift resolution and contributing to a smoother examination process and increased transparency within the education system.


Helpline Support for Direct Grievance Registration

In addition to the online portal, complainants can register their grievances directly by calling the helpline 042-111-11-2020, operational from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This extended support aims to provide immediate assistance to students and parents facing examination-related issues.


Commitment to Student Welfare

PITB Chairman Faisal Yousuf has reiterated the commitment to providing students with an effective platform to voice their concerns. He emphasized the importance of minimizing complaints in examination centers across Punjab to create a conducive environment for students during the examination period.


Preparations for Punjab Universitys 133rd Convocation

In related news, Punjab University is preparing for its 133rd convocation scheduled for Tuesday, May 14. A meeting chaired by PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood reviewed all arrangements, attended by Registrar Dr Ahmad Islam, deans of various faculties, and members of the convocation coordination committee.
