Punjab Govt Minority Scholarship for Matric to PhD Students
Human Resource and Minority Affairs HRMA Department of Punjab has introduced a scholarship program 2025 for students from minority communities. This initiative is open to students from Matric to PhD levels, offering financial assistance to deserving candidates. The last date to apply for the scholarship is April 19, 2025. The latest updates of Punjab Govt Minority Scholarship for Matric to PhD Students are shared with the students.
Scholarship Amount and Eligibility
Under this program, students pursuing professional undergraduate degrees and PhD programs will receive an annual stipend of PKR 100,000. Postgraduate students enrolled in MA, MSc, MS, and MPhil programs will be granted PKR 70,000 per year. Applications must be submitted to the R&I Branch of the HRMA Department, Government of Punjab.
Criteria for Eligibility
To qualify for the HRMA Minority Scholarship 2025, students must meet the following conditions:
- Must belong to a minority group and be enrolled as a regular student in a government institution.
- Should be studying in a government institution in Punjab or a Federal Government institute located within Punjab.
- Must hold a domicile of Punjab.
- Must have secured at least 50% marks in their last examination.
- Family’s monthly income should not exceed PKR 59,600.
Application Process
Applicants must follow these steps to apply:
- Submit the completed application form along with necessary documents before April 19, 2025.
- Download the application form from the HRMA website.
- Educational certificates must be attested by a Grade 17 officer.
- Provide copies of all academic degrees, result cards, or equivalence certificates.
- Submit a copy of the applicant’s and father’s CNIC.
- Attach domicile certificate, three passport-size photographs, and an income certificate attested by a gazetted officer.
- For semester-based programs, a certificate from the examination controller or head of the department mentioning marks or percentage is required.
