Punjab Board Matric & Inter Marks Improvement Policy 2022

Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen has announced their marks improvement policy for the matric and intermediate classes. The candidates can follow the Punjab Boards Matric & Inter Marks Improvement Policy 2022 so that they can appear in the exams in order to improve their marks. The candidates can check the recommendations, which are approved by the committee:

• The candidates can improve their marks in SSC and HSSC exams, they can avail the opportunity of 4 exams with present and previous syllabus within 3 years after passing their matric and inter classes exams. But the students must not get admission in higher classes during this period.

• The candidates may appear in any subject of part 1 or 2 for improvement of marks. The candidates can avail this opportunity for 4 times during 3 consecutive years and when the candidates improve their marks, they will not be permitted to appear in the exams again.

• The students, who pass their matric exams, their higher education is completion of inter exams and the students, who pass their HSSC exams, their higher education is the completion of BS or equivalent education or associate degree for students appear in HSSC Exams.

• The candidates, who have D or E grade, they avail 4 opportunities within 3 years to improve their result to C grade or 50% marks.

• If the student applies for improvement of marks after gap of two years, they must submit the affidavit regarding not having further higher degree during these years.

• The respective board will issue the result and certificate, which will mention the number of attempts that a candidates has availed.

• For improvement exams, all educational boards of Punjab will have same rules for this purpose.

• PBCC has mentioned that the students of SSC and HSSC annual exams 2020 can get this opportunity to improve their results.
