Admission Schedule and Requirements

The admission schedule comprises various stages:

Application Form Submission: Candidates are required to submit their application forms through the universitys online portal.

Issuance of Admit Card for Entry Test: Admit cards for the entry test can be downloaded or printed from the online portal where the application was filled. The date, venue, and time for the entry test will be specified on the admit card.

Entry Test: All aspirants for admission must undergo an entry test conducted by the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women-Shaheed Benazirabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for admission must meet the following criteria:

Successful completion of Intermediate / HSC-II Pre-Medical or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

Applicants who passed Intermediate / HSC-II Pre-Medical or equivalent exams in 2020-21, 2021-22, or 2022-23 are eligible to apply.

Fulfillment of additional eligibility requirements as stated in the application form.

Admissions are purely merit-based throughout Sindh as outlined in the Prospectus 2023-24

Age limit: 17 - 25 years.

Fresh candidates with a one-year diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized institute can apply as mentioned in the Prospectus 2023-24.

Application Process

Applicants must fill the online application form, print the same, and submit it to the Admission Department at PUMHSW, Shaheed Benazirabad, via courier service along with photocopies of required documents.

A non-refundable entry test and admission processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- Rupees: Three Thousand Only must be deposited in the designated bank account. The original paid bank challan needs to be attached to the application form and documents.

Strict adherence to providing accurate information and documents is emphasized. Submission of false/forged documents will result in admission cancellation.

Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.

Any additional documents or revised results after the application deadline will not be considered.

Candidates with foreign qualifications e.g., A/O Level must submit the equivalence certificate issued by IBCC; otherwise, their applications will be rejected.
