Provincial Health Services Academy: Offering Two Years Paramedical Diploma open admission 2024

The Provincial Health Services Academy PHSA, under the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, Pakistan, is now accepting applications for the Spring Session 2024-26. This session offers a two-year Paramedical Diploma program, encompassing both morning and evening shifts with self-finance options. Aspiring candidates can apply through the official websites of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Post Graduate Paramedical Institute ZAB PGPI and PHSA.

Eligibility Criteria:

Domicile & Age Limit:

Applicants must be residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the merged areas.

The upper age limit is set at 30 years as of March 1, 2024, for fresh candidates. In-service candidates have an upper age limit of 45 years.

Qualifications:

Fresh candidates must have passed Metric with Science with at least 50% marks, with Biology as a compulsory subject.

In-service candidates require Metric with Science with the same criteria and a mandatory Medical Faculty Certificate in the relevant field.

For fresh candidates, Hafiz-e-Quran marks 20 will be included in the SSC marks upon provision of a certificate from Wafaq ul Madaras. Additionally, 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc Pre-Medical passed candidates with at least 50% aggregate marks.

Application Process:

Interested candidates can download the prospectus from the official websites of ZAB PGPI Peshawar and PHSA Peshawar.

A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be deposited in the concerned banks of the relevant institutes.

Online application submission requires a Gmail account.

The deadline for submission of online admission forms is Thursday, 7th March 2024. No applications will be entertained after this date.

Selection Process:

The list of candidates who have applied for the two-year paramedical diploma will be displayed on the official websites on Friday, 8th March 2024.

Candidates can review the list and submit any grievances or corrections by Monday, 11th March 2024, via the provided email address.

Shortlisted candidates, along with interview schedules, will be displayed on Thursday, 14th March 2024.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview at the respective institutes. Physical presence at the time of the interview is mandatory.

The selection process will be finalized on the date of the interview. Selected candidates must deposit the admission fee within three days of the selection list being displayed.

In-service candidates should provide a No Objection Certificate NOC from their concerned department at the time of the interview.

The decision of the admission committee is final, and candidates must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, ensuring compliance with the rules outlined in the prospectus.
