PEEF Unveils CMMS Scholarship Program for Ph.D. Studies 2024
Punjab Education Endowment Fund PEEF is excited to offer the Chief Ministers Merit Scholarship CMMS for the year 2024. This initiative is a fully-funded scholarship aimed at supporting Ph.D. studies at the worlds top 50 QS-ranked universities, specifically in selected subject areas. Preference and Quota Details
Primarily, students with a Punjab domicile will be preferred for the CMMS scholarship. However, to ensure nationwide representation, specific quotas are reserved for students from other provinces, including AJK, Gilgit Baltistan GB, FATA, and the Islamabad Capital Territory ICT. Eligibility extends to Pakistani citizens who have secured admission to any of the top 50 QS-ranked universities globally.

- Engineering & Technology
- Natural Sciences
- Social Sciences / Arts & Humanities

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Ph.D. admission offer from one of the top 50 QS-ranked universities worldwide, in the specified fields.
- Have obtained at least 60% marks throughout their academic journey.
- Family income including the applicant, spouse, and parents must not exceed Rs. 200,000/- per month.
- Be under 35 years of age as of April 26, 2024.
- Should not have received any foreign scholarship previously.

- Download the scholarship application form from PEEFs CMMS page.
- Submit the completed application to PEEF by the deadline.
Important Considerations
- Scholarship recipients cannot defer the award.
- Permanent or regular faculty members of public sector educational institutions in Pakistan are ineligible.
- Applicants are responsible for university admissions and visa applications.
- Decisions made by the Scholarship Selection Committee are final.
- PEEF retains the right to decline any application or cancel the selection process without explanation.
Deadline Reminder
Applications must be received by the PEEF Office no later than April 26, 2024.
