Pakistan Engineering Congress PEC Scholarship Program for 2024

Pakistan Engineering Congress PEC offers scholarships to both undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students. This year, 200 scholarships are available for students enrolled in MS Engineering programs. Students from any engineering discipline are eligible to apply. The PEC has a longstanding tradition of supporting engineering students through scholarships. The candidates can get latest updates of Pakistan Engineering Congress PEC Scholarship Program for 2024.

Application Process and Deadline

Applications can be submitted online. Additionally, a printed copy of the application, along with the required documents, must be sent to the Pakistan Engineering Congress by July 06, 2024. Eligible candidates must have a GPA of over 3 out of 4 or more than 75% marks. Selected MS students will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 6000.

Eligibility Criteria for PEC Scholarship 2024

To be eligible for the PEC Scholarship, applicants must:

Be enrolled in a Masters program in any engineering discipline

Submit their applications either by post or in person to the PEC Office

Not be receiving any other scholarships from any source

Have a performance of at least 75% marks or a 3/4 CGPA in their examinations

Provide accurate and truthful information

Properly state the name of the university, sub-campus, and degree

Mention the duration of the semester, examination, result declaration date, and CGPA/percentage on the semester result card

Attach the required documents in the prescribed order

How to Apply for the PEC Scholarship 2024

To apply, candidates must visit the PEC website, select the appropriate MS category for the online application form, and submit the completed form online. They must then send a printout of the submitted online application form to the Congress HQ in person or through courier, along with the following attachments:

Applicants must include the following documents with their printed application form:

Attested copies of CNIC and University ID Card

Attested copies of the last examination result cards, showing CGPA/percentage and semester duration

A bonafide certificate from the university confirming that the student is not receiving any other scholarship

Attested copies of B.Sc., F.Sc., and Matric certificates

Attested copies of salary slips/pension slips of all earning family members

A statement of purpose

Any other relevant documents supporting the application
