Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Scholarships 2023 Deserving Students
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal extends a helping hand to deserving students pursuing education in government colleges and universities by offering scholarships. As part of this initiative, eligible students can obtain the application form, apply for financial assistance, and submit it through their institutions head. Any inquiries can be directed to the Student Affairs Department or the Financial Aid offices within the respective institutes. Scholarship Details and Conditions
The scholarship is applicable for one semester or year, with renewal contingent upon successful completion of the current period.
Ineligibility criteria includes students failing in any subject, making them ineligible for the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Scholarship in subsequent applications.
Students must confirm that their parents or guardians are not government employees.
The application form should specify the ongoing semester or years fees, encompassing Admission, Tuition, Examination, Registration, and nonrefundable Library fees.
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal will directly submit the fee to the institute.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship
• Deserving students enrolled in government educational institutions are eligible.
• Applications are to be routed through the institutes committee head.
• Student case details will be provided to the respective institutes committee head.
• The application should be addressed to MD Pakistan Baitulmal, accompanied by a valid CNIC photocopy.
• Students under 18 years must provide Form-B or parents CNIC.
• A Bonafide Certificate from the students educational institute is mandatory.
• Bonafide Certificate must be unaltered, without any cutting or overwriting.
• Attested educational certificates, fee slips, and detailed institute fee structures are required.
Required Documents for Scholarship Application
• Duly filled application form.
• Students CNIC/B-Form.
• Copy of University ID Card or admit card.
• Verified fee structure with comprehensive breakdown.
• Filled and departmentally signed Bonafide form.
• Educational certificates from Matric onwards.
• Result card of the previous semester.
• Bank Challan if student made fee payment.
• Half Nama by the student.
