Notices to Highest Charging Fee Private Schools in Sindh

Sindh government served the notices to various high level private schools located in Karachi, which are still charging highest fee from the students. The government submitted the report on implementation of the orders of the apex court to return the extra fee to the students. Notices to Highest Charging Fee Private Schools in Sindh.
The Directorate of Private Institutions, Sindh has issued the notices to the private schools and the recipient schools in which some of them are very influential schools like Karachi Grammar School and CAS school. After long time, these schools have been served with notices. The schools like Clifton and Saddar campuses of Karachi Grammar School, British Overseas School DHA, Nixor College DHA, Academia Civitas, Civilization, Reflection and Creek Schools, which are served with notices.

Sindh Government has demanded the report from these schools about their progress on implementation of the orders of the court. These schools were advised to send the implementation report latest by 25th February 2019. The government stated if these schools were failed to submit the report, the registration of the schools shall be cancelled. The schools were also asked to get the new registration. In case of failure, the schools will face the fine of Rs.500 per day and imprisonment of six months or full year.

Sindh High Court has issued orders to the private schools not to charge fees over Rs.5000/-. These schools are asked to return the extra fee to the parents of the students.
