Educational Qualification: F.Sc Pre-Medical with at least 50% marks.
KMU CAT 2024: All applicants must have attempted the KMU Common Admission Test.

6 recent attested passport-sized photographs
DMC of SSC 3 copies, duly attested
DMC of HSSC 3 copies, duly attested
Original migration certificate
Domicile 3 copies, duly attested
Equivalency certificate if applicable
KMU CAT result 3 copies
Character certificate 3 copies
Affidavit
CNIC copies of the applicant and father/guardian 3 copies
For Afghan citizens: Visa and Afghan Citizen Card
