NAVTTC Integrates Tech & Voc Education into Formal Education System
Islamabad, National Vocation Technical Training Commission has made the decision to integrate the technical education and vocational training in the formal education system across the country. With regards to NAVTTC Integrates Tech & Voc Education into Formal Education System, NAVTTC has taken the initiative to integrate the technical and vocational education by introducing the framework so that they can equip the students will necessary skills for the academic and professional success. It focuses to create the opportunities for the technical training with the conventional education in the institutes.
NAVTTC Multi Level Tech Stream
- Middle-Tech: The courses of the level 1 and 2 will be offered to the candidates at the grade 7 and 8 to introduce the specific vocational skills and trade related education.
- Matric-Tech: The courses of the level 3 and 4 will be provided to the students of the grade 9 and 10 to provide the deeper drive of the specialized vocational training.
- Inter-Tech: The students of the intermediate class can avail the advanced technical training or the direct career entry in the skilled professions.
Support of Provincial Govts and Boards
NAVTTC has made the requests to all provincial governments, Education boards, BTEs including AJK and GB to support this initiative as this tech-stream is offered to the students of all these provinces and the boards to equip them with the latest technical education and training. The schools and colleges will initiate the technical and vocational education and training through this tech-stream and this initiative will contribute to the national economic growth.
