- Submit the original fee-paid challan University copy along with attested photocopies of essential documents. Remember to bring all original documents for verification.
- The list of required documents includes Matric Certificate, Intermediate Part-II Certificate, BS/M.Sc/ or equivalent degree, MS/MPhil/ or equivalent degree, Domicile, CNIC, 4 Fresh Photographs, Copy of Publications, Copy of Experience Letters, and the Admission Undertaking.
- If dues and documents are not received by the specified date, your seat may be offered to the next candidate in line.
- Complete the process by submitting a duly signed undertaking on a simple page as per the requirements.
