KP Government Declares Spring and Eid Holidays for Schools
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP government has officially declared spring vacations for both public and private schools under the Elementary & Secondary Education Department. The holidays will start on April 1 and end on April 8, 2025, across the province. The students can get the fresh updates of KP Government Declares Spring and Eid Holidays for Schools.
School Staff to Resume Duties Post-Eid
As per the official notification, school staff, including principals, head teachers, and clerical personnel, must return to duty from April 3 to April 8 after the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. Their presence will facilitate the distribution of free textbooks and support the enrollment process for new students.
Government Directs Strict Implementation
The provincial authorities have instructed all relevant officials to ensure compliance with the directive. The notification has been sent to education officials, deputy commissioners, and the Chief Minister’s office to guarantee a smooth transition into the new academic session.
Similar Measures Taken in Punjab
This announcement follows a similar decision in Punjab, where the School Education Department has also extended Eid holidays for students. The initiative aims to provide students and teachers with a well-deserved break while maintaining essential administrative and academic functions.
