KIU Extended Fee Deposit Schedule 2023
Karakoram International University KIU, a renowned institution nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan, has always prioritized the welfare of its students. In line with this commitment, KIU has extended the fee deposit schedule for the Fall Semester 2023, offering a lifeline to students facing financial constraints.
Upon careful consideration, KIUs senior management, faculty, and provost committee recommended and secured the approval to suspend the late fee of Rs. 4,200/- for one week. This decision was reached during a meeting held on October 4, 2023, reflecting the universitys dedication to accommodating its diverse student body.
Students now have the opportunity to deposit their semester fee for Fall 2023 with a reduced late fee of Rs. 1,000/- until October 11, 2023. However, it is crucial to note that the late/re-admission fee of Rs. 4,200/- will be imposed starting October 12, 2023, with no further extensions.
In addition to the fee extension, KIU Admission 2023 has implemented several measures to ensure smooth academic proceedings. Registration for the Fall Semester 2023 will only be allowed upon fee deposit. Defaulters will find their access to the Learning Management System LMS blocked, emphasizing the importance of timely payments.
Furthermore, only registered students will be granted access to classrooms, underscoring the need for prompt fee submission. Students benefiting from the BUSP Awardees previously Ehsaas Scholarship Phase II and III are directed to complete their registration in LMS for Fall Semester 2023, following a streamlined process through the Financial Aid Office.
