JSMU SMC Final Year MBBS Batch 2019 Exam Forms & Fee Submission Schedule 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially announced the exam forms and fee submission schedule for the Final Year MBBS Batch 2019 Retake Examination under Sindh Medical College. This schedule is crucial for students enrolled in JSMU and its affiliated medical colleges.
According to the notification issued by the JSMU Examination Department on April 28, 2025, candidates can download the examination form from the official university website: www.jsmu.edu.pk.
Sindh Medical College JSMU students are required to submit the duly filled examination form along with a paid fee voucher of Rs. 5000, two recent photographs, copy of CNIC, enrollment card, and last transcript to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.
Students of affiliated institutions must submit the same documents and a Rs. 4000 fee to the focal person at their respective colleges. These forms, along with consolidated pay orders, will then be forwarded to the JSMU Examination Department.
The last date for submission of exam forms is May 5, 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500 will be charged from May 6, 2025, and no forms will be accepted after May 9, 2025.
