JSMU Extends Deadline Assistance for MBBS Retake Forms 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a notification for the submission of retake examination forms for MBBS final year Batch-2019 candidates, including those from affiliated institutes and medical colleges. JSMU Examination 2025 forms are now available for download on the university’s website, with a submission period from April 28, 2025, to May 6, 2025.
Submission Details:
- MBBS candidates must submit their forms with a fee of Rs. 5000/- directly to JSMU’s student affairs department, along with the required documents.
- Students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges should submit forms with a fee of Rs. 4000/- to their respective focal persons, who will then forward them to JSMU with consolidated pay orders.
- A late fee of Rs. 500/- will apply from May 7, 2025, and no forms will be accepted after May 9, 2025.
Required Documents:
- Transcript photocopy of the last annual/retake examination.
- Copy of enrollment card.
- Two recent photographs.
- Original paid fee voucher for Sindh candidates and consolidated pay order from affiliated medical colleges.
Forms can be accessed via JSMU Apply Online on the university’s official website. Timely submission with accurate details is crucial for a seamless process.
