JSMU Announces Exam Form Submission for DPT Batch III 2025
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has released a notification for the submission of examination forms for DPT Batch-III 2021 Semester-VI, Year-IV regular, and year-back students of affiliated institutes and medical colleges. JSMU Exam Notification 2025 outlines the process for candidates to download and submit their forms, ensuring timely preparation for the upcoming examinations.
The examination forms can be accessed via the JSMU website at JSMU Exam Forms Online http://www.jsmu.edu.pk/exam-download.html. DPT students are required to submit the duly filled forms with a paid voucher of Rs. 2500/- directly to the student affairs department at JSMU. Students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges must submit forms with a fee of Rs. 2000/- to their respective focal persons, who will then forward the forms and consolidated pay orders to JSMU’s examination department.
Submission Schedule:
- Regular Submission: April 28, 2025, to May 6, 2025.
- Late Submission with Rs. 500/- fee: May 7, 2025.
- Final Deadline: No forms will be accepted after May 10, 2025.
Required Documents:
- Transcript photocopy of the last year examination.
- Copy of enrollment card.
- Two recent photographs.
- Original paid fee voucher for IPTR candidates and consolidated pay order from affiliated medical colleges.
