JPMC MPhil and PHD Admissions 2024
The Basic Medical Sciences Institute at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre JPMC Karachi is delighted to announce the opening of JPMC Admissions 2024 for M.Phil and Ph.D programs. Applications are now open for the JPMC M.Phil Admissions 2024 in subjects including Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, and Physiology. For those aiming higher, the JPMC PhD Admissions 2024 are available in Microbiology and Pathology.
Prospective M.Phil candidates must possess an MBBS degree and meet the eligibility criteria, including a valid PM&DC/PMC registration and a one-year house job. The admission process is merit-based, considering academic performance, entrance test scores, and interview results. The M.Phil program spans a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years.
Ph.D candidates require an M.Phil in the relevant subject with a GPA above 3.0 and must pass the entrance test with at least 50% marks. The Ph.D program duration ranges from three to eight years.
Application forms are available from the Accounts Office at JPMC for Rs.5,000. The last date for submission is July 15, 2024. The entrance test will be held on August 1, 2024, followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates on August 22, 2024. Classes commence on August 31, 2024.
