The Road to a B.Sc. Honors in Medical Laboratory Technology

Prospective students, both male and female, are invited to apply to the University of Health Sciences Lahore, a trusted name in healthcare education.

To start your journey toward a B.Sc. Honors in Medical Laboratory Technology, follow these steps:

Interested applicants can acquire the prescribed admission form from the Institutes office on Bertwood Road commonly known as Jail Road in Lahore. The cost of the form is Rs. 1000/-. The issuance of the admission forms starts on 31st October 2023, and forms can be obtained during office hours from 9:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

Conditions and Admission Requirements:

Here are the essential conditions and requirements for prospective students:

1. University Guidelines: Admission to the B.Sc. Honors Medical Laboratory Technology program will adhere to the rules and policies set by the University of Health Sciences and the Department of Health, Government of Punjab.

2. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed FSC Pre-Medical or FSC in a related technology from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or its equivalent, with a minimum unadjusted marks score of 50%.

3. Merit-Based Selection: Admission to the program is strictly merit-based. An official committee will assess and select candidates based on their academic achievements.

4. Punjab Domicile: All applicants must have a Punjab domicile, as admission will be granted on a Punjab province basis.

5. Admission Fees: The annual admission fee is Rs. 32,000. Additional fees such as university registration, examination expenses, and credential verification will be charged separately in line with the policies set by relevant boards and universities.

6. Required Documents: Applicants must attach attested copies of the following documents along with the admission form:

FSC Pre-Medical or FSC Related Technology Certificate

Six passport-sized photographs

Applicants identity card or form B

Domicile

7. No Age Limit: According to a notification from the University of Health Sciences, there is no specific age limit for admission to this program.

Admission Timeline:

1. List of Eligible Candidates: The list of candidates eligible for the entry test will be displayed on 8th November 2023.

2. Entry Test: The entry test is scheduled for 13th November 2023, starting at 10:00 AM.

3. Merit List: The merit list of selected candidates will be displayed on 21st November 2023.

4. Interviews: Interviews will be conducted on 23rd November 2023, commencing at 09:00 AM.

Important Note: No separate call will be sent for the entry test and interview. Travel expenses will not be provided. Successful candidates must submit the admission fee and original documents on the day of the interview.
