HEC Admissions Open for MS MPhil & PhD Programs Session 2025
The Higher Education Commission HEC has announced the Higher Education Aptitude Test HAT for admissions to MS, MPhil, and PhD programs for the year 2025. This test is a crucial step for candidates seeking admission in postgraduate programs at public and private universities across Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria for HEC Admissions 2025
Candidates must have already applied online for MS, MPhil, or PhD admissions or any HEC scholarship via the E-portal. Additionally, applicants must be interested in securing admission to these programs.
Important Dates
Test Date: February 2, 2025 tentative
Deadline for Online Registration: January 20, 2025
The test will be conducted in five categories based on 16 years of education or its equivalent. Applicants must select the correct category when filling out the online form. The HAT score will remain valid for two years, applicable for both scholarships and admissions in MS/MPhil & PhD programs.
Candidates must use their own CNIC number for registration.
