Before applying, its crucial to be aware of certain important details and eligibility criteria:

Applicants for sub specialty programs must have completed two years in General Medicine or General Surgery before the start of the session.

For the 2-year and 4-year tracks, sub specialty and dentistry programs, there will be no allowance for interchanges after the entry test.

Candidates already registered in other institutes must provide a No Objection Certificate NOC from CPSP within two weeks after the interview.

Candidates who have completed one year of training in General Surgery and initially selected the Neurosurgery & Orthopedic Surgery Track in CPSP are eligible to apply for Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery.

In-service candidates need an NOC from the Health Department, Government of Sindh, which must be produced before the entry test. Induction of in-service candidates will be in accordance with government policies.

The General Surgery 1-Year Track is exclusively for candidates who choose neurosurgery and orthopedics after one year, as per CPSP notification.

Clinical Hematology 2-year candidates in Medicine or Pediatrics are eligible to apply.

To apply for the postgraduate courses at DUHS, you need to follow these steps:

The last date for submitting the application is Wednesday, November 1, 2023. The filled application form should be submitted online, and a physical copy, along with relevant documents and payment details, should be sent to The School of Postgraduate Studies through courier. The discipline you are applying for should be clearly mentioned on the top right corner of the envelope.

After the due date, applications will not be entertained.

Entrance Test Information

The entrance test for these postgraduate courses is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, December 10,2023. The exact venue and time will be mentioned on the admit card according to standard operating procedures SOPs.
