BIEK Karachi Exam Form Schedule for Private Candidates of HSC 2025
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has officially announced the schedule for submission of examination forms and fees for private candidates appearing in the HSC Annual Examinations 2025. This notification targets students from Commerce and Humanities groups who failed in the Supplementary Exams 2024 or had pending subjects from previous sessions.
According to the revised timeline:
Submission Deadlines & Fee Structure:
- Without Late Fee:
From Wednesday, April 9, 2025 to Monday, April 14, 2025
Fee: Rs. 3100 for Part-I or Part-II only | Rs. 5100 for both parts Combined - With Rs. 500 Late Fee:
From Tuesday, April 15, 2025 to Monday, April 21, 2025
Fee: Rs. 3600 one part | Rs. 5600 combined - With Rs. 1000 Late Fee:
From Tuesday, April 22, 2025 to Thursday, May 15, 2025
Fee: Rs. 4100 one part | Rs. 6100 combined
Students must submit their BIEK exam forms and fees through the United Bank Limited UBL booth located at the BIEK office. Payments should be made using UBL Account No. UBL-CMA-252536951, and students are advised to keep a copy of their challan form.
Important:
- No form submission will be accepted after the deadline.
- Late submissions or missing documents will lead to cancellation without refund.

This update comes as a crucial reminder for private candidates to act promptly to avoid late penalties and ensure they’re eligible for the upcoming inter board exams 2025.
