Balochistan Agriculture College BAC, Quetta, a premier public sector institution affiliated with the University of Balochistan, Quetta, has been a cornerstone of professional agricultural education since its establishment in 1987. The college is now inviting applications for the M.Sc. Hons. Agriculture program for the academic year 2024-25. This call for applications pertains to the 2nd Admission Test.

Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for admission:

A B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture degree with at least a 2nd Division according to the Annual System or a minimum CGPA of 2.50 according to the Semester System from a recognized university in a related field of study.

Application Process

Interested candidates can obtain the admission form and Bank Deposit Challan in the following ways

In-Person: From UBL Bank, M.A Jinnah Road, Quetta branch.
College Registrar Office: Forms are also available here.

Application Fee

A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3000/- is required. This can be deposited in UBL M.A Jinnah Road, Quetta A/C No 251845452 Branch code 0476 or via Demand Draft in favor of the Principal, Balochistan Agriculture College, Quetta.

Important Dates

Submission Deadline: Completed application forms along with all required documents and fee slip/demand draft must reach the Registrars office by 07-07-2024.
Entry Test: Candidates must pass an entry test conducted by a Testing Service, preferably by NTS, in their related discipline with at least 50% marks. The date and venue for the entry test will be announced on the college website, and roll number slips will be downloadable from the testing service website.

Additional Requirements

Employees of the Agriculture Department applying for the program need to provide an NOC and study leave for two years.
Applicants must attach two attested copies of all educational documents, four recent passport-size photographs, CNIC/B-form, and Local/Domicile certificate with the admission form.
