Sheikh Zayed Medical College SZMC in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan, has opened its doors to aspiring students for the academic session 2023-2024,SZMC offering various courses in Allied Health Sciences. Admission Application Form

To apply for these degree programs, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria:

For Doctor of Physical Therapy

F.Sc. Pre-Medical or equivalent with at least 60% unadjusted marks.

MDCAT Punjab 2023

For B.Sc. Hons in Medical Imaging Technology and Medical Laboratory Technology

F.Sc. in relevant technology from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education or equivalent, with at least 50% unadjusted marks.

Applicants can obtain the prescribed Admission Form for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 from H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences in Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan. The last date for application submission is November 15, 2023, by 12:00 noon. Applications can be submitted in person or via registered post to the office of the Administrator, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences. Please note that applications received after the due date will not be considered.

Attested Certificates to be Attached:

a Secondary School Certificate Matriculation with detailed marks sheet.

b Higher Secondary School Certificate F.Sc. Pre-Medical with a detailed marks sheet.

c Domicile Certificate of Punjab No other document is acceptable in lieu of Domicile Certificate.

d Character Certificate from the institution last attended.

e CNIC of the applicant and Father/Guardian.

f Four recent passport-size photographs, with one attested on the front and three on the back.

g Original Fitness Certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner/Government Medical Officer.

h Disability Certificate issued by the "Provisional Council for The Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons" only for disabled candidates.

i Attested copies of Equivalence Certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen IBCC for candidates with foreign qualifications.

j COVID vaccination Certificate.

k Result Card of MDCAT 2023.

The merit for admission will be calculated based on the following aggregate percentages:

Matriculation: 10%

F.Sc. Pre-Medical: 40%

MDCAT: 50%

Classes are scheduled to commence on January 15, 2024.

Selection will be on an open merit basis.

One seat out of the total 60 seats is reserved for disabled candidates, with the merit list finalized based on inter se merit.

Preferences chosen by the candidates in different categories will not be changed.

Please note that there is no hostel facility for students in Allied Health Sciences courses, and no TA&DA will be paid for interviews.
