About Kp Technical Education And Vocational Training Authority

KP Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority was established with the vision to make the KPK province prosperous and economically stable and the students can get quality education through the competitive skilled work force to meet the local and global market requirements. The KP TEVTA has the mission to carry the youth management in demand driven skillful training with market based technology for the meaningful contribution to socioeconomic development of the province. The main objective for the setting up of this institute is to provide relevant skills for industrial and economic development and it improve the skills and vocational education of the students. The students of the educational institutes of this authority become so much competent in their technical and vocation education that they are acceptable nationally and internationally and this institute is responsive to market needs and provides the hands on experience to its trainees. When the notification regarding the establishment of this technical institute was issued, the Industries, Commerce and Technical Education Department took over the control of colleges, institutes and centers, to impart technical education and vocational training to the students.

This technical educational department has its own admission policy and the courses have different durations. This institute offers the short courses of three and six months and diploma courses of one to three years and the students can also get admission in the DAE courses and they can start their professional career in this field by working in the most sophisticated environment. The students note the admission notifications as the admissions are granted to the students on different timings and they can complete their education by attending their classes and workshops and at the end of the academic year or period, the candidates have to pass the MCQs and interviews and the qualified candidates are awarded with the certificates and diplomas at the end of their course.
