Application Process

The admission forms will be available and must be submitted during office hours from Wednesday, September 4, 2024, to Thursday, September 10, 2024. Applicants are required to attach the following documents with their admission form:

Passport-sized Photographs: 6 pieces with a sky-blue background

Matric and Intermediate Result Cards: Attested copies; results extracted from the internet are not acceptable

Character Certificate: Attested copy

Father’s Identity Card: Attested copy

Candidate’s Identity Card or B-Form: Mandatory photocopy

Admission Requirements

Academic Eligibility: Candidates must have completed their F.A/F.Sc with at least 45% marks. Those from other provinces must attach an original No Objection Certificate N.O.C..

Age Limit: Candidates should not be older than 24 years as of August 31, 2024.

Affidavit Requirement: Female students who passed F.A/F.Sc in 2021, 2022, or 2023 must submit an affidavit stating they have not been admitted to any other institution. If previously admitted, a discharge certificate from the previous institution must be provided.

Discipline Change: Once an admission form is submitted, the discipline cannot be changed. Students can submit separate forms if applying for multiple disciplines.

Merit Lists

The admission will follow the merit policy as per government directives. The merit lists for both morning and evening programs will be based on the second-year results. The merit list will be published on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Note: Admission decisions and merit lists will adhere strictly to the policies formulated by the Higher Education Department HED.
