Girls Cadet College Mardan GCCM, a prestigious institution under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is now accepting applications for Class VIII 9th Entry and the 4th Special Entry for 1st Year Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical groups for the 2025 academic year. The college is dedicated to empowering young girls through quality education and military training, preparing them for leadership roles in the future.

Eligibility Criteria:

Class VIII Admission:

Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 12 to 14 years old as of April 1, 2025.

Educational Requirement: Candidates should have passed Class VII at the time of admission. Those who have not yet received their results can apply with a hope certificate from their current school.

1st Year Admission Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical Groups:

Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 15 to 17 years old as of April 1, 2025.

Educational Requirement: Candidates should have passed Class IX with at least 70% marks and must have appeared in the Matriculation examination at the time of admission. A hope certificate from the principal is required, stating that the candidate is expected to secure at least 80% marks in the SSC-II examination. The Detailed Marks Certificate DMC of Class IX must also be attached.

Medical Fitness:

All candidates must be medically fit to qualify for admission in both categories.

Admission Quota on Reserved Seats:

The admission process ensures equal opportunities for students from various regions and backgrounds, with seats reserved as follows:

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP including Merged Areas: 60%

Children of KP Civil Servants: 3%

Merged Districts: 5%

Children of Serving Employees of GCCM: 2%

Other Provinces and Special Areas of Pakistan excluding KP: 25%

Overseas Pakistanis: 5% 3% for KP and 2% for the rest of the provinces

All seats will be filled strictly on a merit basis within each quota, subject to the candidates passing the entrance test.

Entrance Test Details:

For Class VIII: The entrance test will be held on November 3, 2024.

For 1st Year: The entrance test will take place on February 2, 2025.

Test Centre: Girls Cadet College, Nisatta Road, Mardan.

Registration Fee: Rs. 2000.

By Post: Send a bank draft of Rs. 3000 including postal charges in the name of the Principal, Girls Cadet College, Nisatta Road, Mardan.

Download from College Website: Visit the official GCCM website at www.gccm.edu.pk. The prospectus, admission form, syllabus, and fee deposit slip can be downloaded from the website. For downloaded forms, a fee deposit slip original amounting to Rs. 2000 must be attached.
