1. A minimum of 50% marks in F.Sc Pre-Medical Pre-M or F.Sc Technology Group Tech-G in relevant fields.
2. A minimum of 50% marks in the Allied Health Sciences entry test conducted by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University SZABMU, Islamabad.
3. Both male and female candidates are eligible.
4. Age limit: 17 to 30 years cut-off date based on the day of advertisement publication.
5. Candidates working in any government sector must provide a No Objection Certificate NOC from their respective departments.
6. A total of 150 seats are available across six disciplines, with 25 seats allocated per discipline.
7. 20% of the seats are reserved for candidates from the F.Sc Technology group.
8. A domicile certificate is mandatory at the time of application submission.

• SSC/O-Level: 10%
• HSSC or equivalent: 40%
• Entrance Test: 50%

1. Admission forms and prospectuses are available for Rs. 1,000/- at the CMT office, PIMS, Islamabad.
2. Duly filled forms must be submitted to the CMT office within 15 working days from the publication of the advertisement.

1. Attested copies of Matric and F.Sc Pre-Medical/Technology Group certificates.
2. Attested copies of the applicant’s CNIC and Father/Guardian’s CNIC.
3. Attested copy of the character certificate from the last attended institution.
4. Two recent passport-sized photographs with a blue background.
5. Affidavit on judicial paper of Rs. 100/- attested by a first-class magistrate format available in the prospectus.
6. Original and attested copy of the domicile certificate.
7. Original migration certificate if applicable.
8. Copy of the entry test result card.
9. Copy of the disability certificate if applicable.
10. If applying for more than one discipline, submit separate applications with priority clearly mentioned.

• Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Applicants already enrolled in another undergraduate program are not eligible.
• No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
• Hostel accommodation is subject to availability.
