The link for "Course Selection" will be active starting Tuesday, October 3, 2023, under the "Student Services" tab in the Virtual Universitys Learning Management System VULMS. It is highly recommended that students log into their VULMS accounts and select their courses promptly, ensuring they are prepared for the commencement of classes on October 16, 2023.

Key Dates to Remember

Students must keep in mind that the last date to add/ courses is Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Its crucial to finalize your course selection within this timeframe as tuition fee vouchers issued after this date will not be revised.

Important Notes

Newly admitted students in the 1st semester of their respective study programs will receive pre-selected courses. However, students enrolled through the BS Entry Route have the freedom to select their courses as per their preferences.
Existing or continuing students are required to follow the course selection process mentioned above. Failing to enroll in any courses can lead to the designation of "INACTIVE STUDENT" during the semester, along with the imposition of fines as per the "Semester Freeze Rules."
Each study program at VU has specific course/workload Credit Hours limits, which are detailed in the "Course Selection Rules" found in the "Student Handbook." Its imperative for students to read and understand these rules thoroughly before making their course selections.
