Commissioner Khattak stressed the importance of maintaining transparency and security, instructing district officials to implement strict measures for a smooth examination process.

Exam Centers and Security Arrangements

BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Adnan Khan reported that 120,024 students will take exams across 399 centers in the division. To enhance supervision, control rooms have been established. Among these centers, 97 have been identified as sensitive, including 37 in Rawalpindi, 15 in Attock, 17 in Jhelum, 8 in Chakwal, 11 in Talagang, and 9 in Murree. Extra security personnel will be deployed at these locations to prevent any misconduct.

Use of CCTV and Regular Inspections

To maintain strict surveillance, Commissioner Khattak ordered the installation of CCTV cameras in examination halls. He also instructed deputy commissioners, assistant commissioners, and other officials to carry out routine inspections of the centers. Any reports of malpractice or negligence will be met with immediate legal action, including FIRs against offenders. Officials absent from their assigned duties will face strict disciplinary measures.

Commitment to Fair and Transparent Exams

Commissioner Khattak emphasized the need to create a stress-free environment for students, ensuring their efforts are evaluated fairly. “Exams are a platform for healthy competition and academic growth. We are committed to upholding integrity in this process,” he stated. The meeting, which included Deputy Commissioner Dr. Hassan Waqar Cheema and other district officials, concluded with a firm pledge to support BISE Rawalpindi in conducting fair and transparent SSC examinations.
