National College of Arts - Gilgit Campus: Admission Open 2024 for 16-Week Courses, Academic Session

The National College of Arts NCA , a Federal Chartered Institute, is proud to announce the commencement of admissions for its Gilgit Campus for the Academic Session 2024.

NCA is offering Associate Degree courses leading to various disciplines for applicants domiciled in Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab, Islamabad Federal Territory, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Erstwhile FATA, Balochistan, Sindh, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Courses Offered:

The 16-week courses cover a diverse range of artistic and creative disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching educational experience for the students. The courses include:

Miniature Painting

Painting

Printmaking and Digital Media

Sculpture

Visual Communication Design

Textile Design

Product Design

Architecture

Ceramic Design

Music

Film & Television

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have passed FA/F.Sc or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 45% 2nd division. An Equivalence Certificate issued from IBCC is compulsory for qualifications other than Intermediate.

There is no age limit for applicants.

Special consideration is given to applicants domiciled in Erstwhile FATA, allowing those who have passed FAFSc. or its equivalent with a minimum of 40% marks to apply. Equivalence certificates are also required for non-Intermediate qualifications.

Admission Process:

The admission confirmation is subject to the submission of attested academic documents of SSC and HSSC or equivalent from the respective Boards.

Affordable Fee Structure:

The National College of Arts offers an affordable fee structure, and there are merit-based scholarships available for eligible students.

Hostel Facility: Hostel facilities are available for both female and male students, although the number of seats for male students is limited.

Application Procedure: Applicants can use a single application form to apply to multiple departments. The filled application form, along with attested copies of required documents and an original paid deposit slip of PKR 900, should be submitted to the admission centers.
