LUMS NOP Scholarship 2024: Empowering Academic Excellence

Lahore University of Management Sciences LUMS is pleased to announce the commencement of registrations for the National Outreach Program NOP scholarship 2024. The NOP aims to identify and support academically brilliant yet financially underprivileged students who aspire to pursue higher education at esteemed institutions. Through this program, LUMS extends an invitation to eligible students for summer coaching classes, and based on their performance, offers admission with comprehensive financial assistance. Scholarship Overview:

Under the NOP, LUMS covers all expenses, including travel, summer coaching, and entrance test fees, for students selected for the program. To date, LUMS has awarded the NOP Scholarship to over 1300 deserving students. After successfully completing the coaching sessions, students undergo the LUMS entry test, competing on merit for full scholarships in 4-year undergraduate degree programs.

Application Process:

Interested and eligible students can apply for the NOP following a structured process:

Step 1 – Application Process:

Apply to NOP during the first year of Intermediate or A-Levels, two years before the intended start date of the undergraduate program at LUMS. The online application is available online.

Step 2 – Summer Coaching Session:

Shortlisted candidates participate in a two-week summer coaching session at LUMS, where all expenses, excluding travel, are covered by the university.

Step 3 – SAT Registration Fee:

LUMS bears the SAT registration fee for candidates who successfully complete the NOP Summer Coaching Session.

Step 4 - LUMS Admission Form:

Candidates progressing through the NOP Summer Coaching Session are required to fill out an online application for admission to LUMS online. Successful applicants become LUMS NOP Scholars.

Admission Test:

Candidates shortlisted based on their summer coaching session performance register for the entrance exam, the SAT, with online application forms provided. Admission status is communicated by June-July each year, with qualified applicants securing admission at LUMS and eligibility for the NOP scholarship.
