Karachi Board Waives Scrutiny Fee for Intermediate Part I Students
Board of Intermediate Education Karachi has removed the scrutiny fee for first-year intermediate students seeking a review of their examination results. This significant step was taken under the directives of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah to ease the financial burden on students. The students can get latest updates of Karachi Board Waives Scrutiny Fee for Intermediate Part-I Students.
In an official statement, BIEK Chairman Dr. Syed Sharaf Ali Shah confirmed that the fee waiver applies to students from Science Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Science General, Commerce Private, Arts Private, and Home Economics groups who appeared in the BIEK 2024 Intermediate Part-I Annual Examinations. These students can now submit their scrutiny requests without incurring any charges.
To ensure a smooth process, the BIEK chairman directed the examination controller to complete all scrutiny requests within 30 days. Separate counters have been set up for male and female students to facilitate the process efficiently. Male students can visit the inquiry office, while female students can access services at the facilitation center.
Students can easily obtain the scrutiny forms online through BIEK’s official website. This digital access aims to simplify the procedure and make it more convenient for students to file their requests.
To address concerns and maintain transparency, BIEK has established an inquiry committee consisting of senior educators. This committee, formed under the guidance of Chairman Dr. Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, is tasked with reviewing complaints about the BIEK 2024 Intermediate Part-I exam results, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution for all students.
